Refund policy
We sell consumables. Which means once it’s out, it’s out. But if something’s off, we’ll fix it.
1. Returns
We don’t accept returns (hygiene reasons—you get it).
2. When we will fix it
We’ve got you if:
- Your product arrived damaged or leaking.
- You received the wrong item.
- The product was expired at delivery.
3. What you need to do
- Tell us within 24–48 hours.
- Share clear photos or an unboxing video.

4. What happens next
If it checks out, we’ll:
- Send a replacement, or
- Refund your money.
5. Refund timing
Approved refunds take 5–7 business days to show up.
6. Cancellations
- Cancel before dispatch = all good.
- After dispatch = not possible.
7. What we can’t cover
- Change of mind.
- Wrong address entered.
- Minor packaging differences.
